Daniel J. McCann, Esq.
Prior to establishing his law firm in 2014, Mr. McCann distinguished himself as a third-generation local real estate agent, embodying a deep-rooted understanding of every aspect of real estate transactions. His multifaceted expertise extends to his role as General Counsel for a prominent corporation, alongside owning and managing a boutique law firm.
Mr. McCann has been recognized by his peers for legal knowledge and unwavering professionalism. He received the inaugural 'Batten & Gibson Spirit of the Community Award,' recognizing his exceptional dedication to community service. Additionally, he was honored with the esteemed 'Young Lawyer of the Year Award' by the Cape May County Bar Association.
In addition to his successful legal practice, Mr. McCann serves as an Adjunct Professor at Saint Joseph’s University, where he was selected to craft and teach a pioneering course in Law and Economics. He frequently shares his insights as a guest speaker at Realtor Associations, Real Estate Schools, and legal education forums.
Actively engaged in his community, Mr. McCann serves as Vice President of the Cape May County Bar Association and has held leadership roles in various organizations, including the Sea Isle City Chamber of Commerce and Revitalization. His commitment to philanthropy is evident through his involvement in numerous nonprofit boards and initiatives.
A former collegiate rower turned avid marathon runner, Mr. McCann's passion for philanthropy transcends boundaries. He is a proud member of the 'Seven Continents Club,' having completed marathons across all seven continents, each dedicated to raising funds and awareness for charitable causes.
Among his notable feats, Mr. McCann's participation in the Rock the Boat for Autism expedition stands out. As a member of the five-person crew, he embarked on a remarkable 1,500-mile journey from Boca Raton, Florida, to Sea Isle City, New Jersey, championing the cause of autism awareness and fundraising efforts.
Mr. McCann's unwavering commitment to excellence, coupled with his altruistic spirit, continues to inspire and uplift both his professional peers and the communities he serves.
